Rear -25mm to -30mm (-1.0in to -1.2on)

Maximum Adjustment Ranges:
Front +15mm to -75mm (+0.6in to -3.0in)
Rear +20mm to -80mm  (+0.8in to -3.2in)

Recommended Adjustments for Optimal Ride-ability:
Front +10mm to -45mm (+0.4in to -1.8in)
Rear -10mm to -50mm (-0.4in to -2.0in)
